Confirmation of Booking

 

Your booking is fully confirmed once you have paid a deposit of £30 and received and booking confirmation via email.

This email will include all details including choice of character/dates/venue for your confirmation.

(Please note that we can only confirm and officially book your party once we have recieved your deposit. This is due to recieving high numbers of enquiries for the same party times and dates)

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that occasionally party plans need to be cancelled and if this is the case we are more than happy to try and help you reschedule.  Just let us know what date is better suited for you and depending on our availability we will try and re organise your party for you.

If you do however wish to fully cancel your party booking then we would keep your holding deposit.

If for any reason we have to cancel you booking (although this has never happened in the history of Fairydust Parties) then of course your booking would be refunded in full.

 

Numbers of Children

 

Unless previously discussed with us, our partys are suitable for up to 25 children to attend. If there are any more attending then the charge is an additional £5 per head and if there is going to be more than 30 children please let us know as a 2nd entertainer may be needed.

 

Payment

 

Payment can either be taken on the day in cash or cheque. Or paid before hand online through paypal. Please email for a link to your paypal payment online.
